Goals for 2025
The members of USBWEP have set three goals for this year:
1. refurbish four underperforming wells
2. start at least one new well site
3. expand our donation base through grants and better outreach
We have made progress in all three areas. We are getting estimates for the four wells. We have more than sufficient cash on hand for a new well. And we are in the process of grant writing for one specific foundation. We anticipate by writing this first grant, it will become the basis for pursuing other grants we believe our mission fits.

Much of the 2024 activities of the Uganda-St Bruno Water and Energy Project (USBWEP) centered outside Uganda. We drilled three new wells in 2023! After the break in drilling activities caused by the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Saint Bruno Foundation restarted its work in establishing groundwater wells in remote villages of southern Uganda.
